Humana Provider Contract Consultant interview questions

I was contacted for a position which I have done for a number of years at another competitor company. The interviewer passed my resume on to another manager during the interview, for a department that I was not interested in. The interviewer stated that not knowing their specific contract and computer system was a negative. Interviewer(s) were average.
