I applied online. I interviewed at Humana (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
The pre recorded phone interview portion was well organized and easy to complete. The questions were reasonable and the process was efficient. I felt at ease with interacting with the interface and never felt unsure of what I needed to do to progress to the next question or have a question repeated.

I applied online. I interviewed at Humana in Aug 2025
Interview
Applied online. First round is kind of typing answers to AI chatbot, the typical behavorial question and confirming your experiences, and the next round is a panel of three people from the potential team. Interviewers are nice and the atmosphere is great. I guess I scheduled it late (the told me I was the last to be interviewed) and also they are looking specifically for power BI visualization but I lack that direct experience so I was rejected about 10 days after the interview.

Question 1
Basically more related to resume and specific position. Describe a time how you handle XYZ or what's your approach doing XYZ.
I participated in the HR interview and a Phone Technical Interview. I chose not to proceed forward at that time as I had a better offer in my current role. It seemed like a good company from the initial interview though.
