Two phone interviews, one with a Lafarge general HR Manager and one with the manager I would be working with. Got a verbal offer for the position and was ghosted shortly after. Three emails over the course of 3 months led to no reply.

Interview
At first they take a written exam that includes basic analytical questions, maths and English. You can not use a calculator. At this level the written exam is taken in group.
After you qualify this round they call you for a personal interview. This post is contractual. You are supposed to work in different departments in this contractual period.
