I applied online. I interviewed at Hearst (Norwalk, CT) in Jun 2022
Interview
There was no interview. A recruiter directly from the company sent me a message via Indeed looking forward to our chat. They sent the link to reserve 30 minutes to discuss my background, the available position and the company. I set my time as instructed. As the day and time came around, it was crickets. No call, no message of apology for no communication. I sent a message hoping to reschedule because maybe things happen and communication isn't available.
I was ghosted. No message back.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hearst (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2022
Interview
Went via a recruitment consultant. First interview was arranged. I turned up on the video call and no one was there, 15 minutes went by before I was told that they couldn't make it. Another time arranged, interview was a video call. Lasted 30 mins. Very rushed interview A bit of an American approach to interview questions. Interview seemed to go ok, was told i would get feedback on next stage by the end of the week, i have still had no feedback, have been ghosted by them. No communication from them despite chasing a number of times. Terrible. Gives an indication of the type of company that it is.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hearst (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
I applied online and was quickly contacted by a recruiter. I interviewed on zoom within a week. Interviewer was nice, questions weren’t very difficult. I have already been working a job similar to the one I was interviewing for so no questions were unexpected. I thought the interview went well, they told me they didn’t have a time frame for hiring, but to reach out if I was seriously talking to another company. Within an hour I sent thank you emails. I never received another response until I was told the position was filled.
