Laid back interview process, just a presentation with emphasis on field work, very forthcoming about benefits and base pay. Visited Duncan facility and frac yard, the food was great and the hiring managers were really nice to everyone.

one on one interview with a manager, in a room. the manager seemed real friendly until the question about safety, at that point he became very agitated with me. I feel that the opinion I expressed was a good one, he seem to hate anything I input at that point.

Phonecall inviting me to a 1 hour interview with the head of cementing and another cement engineer, including 10 minute technical presentation and a short maths test. Interview was fairly laid back and everyone at the company very welcoming and friendly. Relax, be yourself and enjoy the interview.
