Extremely unprofessional. They gave me a problem to solve and I was trying to clarify the requirements, which is what a good software engineer does. The interviewer rolled his eyes and answered very impatiently. Also, they were giggling at their inside jokes the whole time which was quite annoying. More importantly, they were so fond of asking me to recite textbook concepts and did not ask me to code a single line. My bad. I thought you were hiring a software engineer instead of a professor.
