If you meets the expectations of recruiter then he/she will arrange a test, you will go to HP Inc site to take the test and get an interview with bussiness manager.

First on a phone call
second one with the Manager and project manager at that time
third one with the recruiter to prove the english language, professional titles, and test for various skills
