I had an initial phone screening from Gucci HR for a Sales Associate position, followed by an in-person job interview. The process proved inadequate and unprofessional because I was ghosted after the interview. This occurred despite following all requisite activities, such as making myself available for the interview, arriving on time, being polite and respectful, etc.
