Warm conversations ignited my passion for their mission, and insightful questions challenged me in the best way possible. Leaving energized and eager to contribute, I know I've found my dream team - Google's! The future feels bright, and I can't wait to make an impact.
Typical structure but more meetings with team members. Started with phone screen, then case, then case presentation, then likely would've been a panel. Did not reach panel but understood that to be 2-3 more rounds.

Question 1
Describe an example of a project where you had to reconcile your point of view with that of another key stakeholder.
Google's hiring freeze/slowdown resulted in a poor interview experience. The team wanted to hire me, but after hearing that they'd try to get an offer through the hiring committee, I didn't hear anything for 2 months. Then the position was closed. Understandable, but it wasn't well managed and I felt whiplashed.
