Interview
Submit resume, phone screen, 2 phone interviews, 2 in-person interviews.

The questions were fair, the recruiters were very responsive. All in all, I thought the process was a great reflection on Google as a company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.
