Waste of time. Sent an email today stating they were hosting open interviews between 12-5, FINALLY got a recruiter after 2 1/2 hours of waiting in a chatroom. Turns out because I had a virtual call center six years ago its a conflict of interest for a $9 an hour job, but I voiced my feelings to her as well, its not her fault, but hoping someone from management reads this and makes some changes, hope its not a "churn em and burn em" outlet.
Apparently, their idea of "on the spot" interviews is have you wait. Very disrespectful of a candidates time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They want to know what you are doing currently, you can't be working part time or full time as their clients don't like that. So make sure you quit your job for this $9 hour position before your interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Foundever (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online, complete the application took me about an hour. I got a call about two weeks after to schedule a phone interview. One of the only thing that they ask for is that you have Internet speed – Download speed 1.5 MB, upload speed 1.5 MB. Have that before schedule the phone interview.

Question 1
Not hard at all!!! Why do you want to work from home? Do you have experience in sales ( you don't have to, they ask so they can place you in a position you will be comfortable doing). They asked me to go to UsaToday and tell them the weather. Go to Youtube and watch a simple video about home made bread, then they asked me to repeat the ingredients and the time it needed to be baked.
