I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Hutchins, TX) in May 2013

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx
Interview
The hiring process is not hard at all. You simply go online and apply in the city you are living. You get a first interview with the sort manager and if they like you, you will most likely get the job. The questions are not hard, it is simply hard work and if you can do that, you will be a good package handler

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where you and co-worker disagreed about something on the sort?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FedEx (West Lebanon, NH) in Apr 2012
Interview
Interviewed me and said that I would receive a call as soon as my background check came in. Three months later I received a call offering me a position (later learned that management at the time had been hesitant to choose me over other applicants because of my young age but they became desperate for hands). Showed up, was shown how to do my job, given 2 hours pay to watch employee instruction videos and started that week.

The questions were as expected from an unskilled labor position. Can you lift a heavy box, do you have a criminal record, are you literate etc.
