FedEx Office Store Assistant Manager interview questions

I communicated with the store manger after being personally recommended by a friend. Sent Cover letter and resume through website. Due to a glitch either on my part or within the system, I was delayed in sending in an online assessment which may have been a detriment to my ability to land the job. I followed up with a thank you email and received no response.
