Fastenal Supply Chain Associate interview questions

You’re first contacted through phone to answer questions. The next step is answering pretty basic interview questions. The interviewers will say they’ll contact you in 3 weeks. But they will not get back to you if you don’t have the job.

1st interview is a 30 minute phone interview. They mainly ask behavioral questions and build off of your responses. They will ask you behavioral questions based on your resume for the first interview. Overall very pleasant interview experience.
