Interview
After the application process, I was given a phone interview to go over my resume and was asked a few technical questions about OOP and some items from my resume. I was then tasked with an online assessment (multiple choice) and a self-recorded video interview. The online interview was quite comprehensive in testing various concepts in DB, OOP, code tracing, and digital logic -- it wasn't completely trivial, but the pay told to me during the phone call would indicate that it should be a trivial position.

Interview
Phone Interview to share about what they do and ask questions related to the role. Video Interview to share about yourself and your passion for IT. Online Aptitude test is the one I was most shocked. In their Web portal, they say you do not need to have previous programming experience but that's not the case, the Aptitude test starts off easy and then there will be a lot of programming problems.

Interview
Three stages after application:
1. Phone interview with recruiter
- they want to make sure you understand the company and want to know a little about you and your interest in the job.
2. Online assessment -
This consists of two parts a technical assessment, mine was 20 questions and 45 minutes to complete. Basic OOP, SQL, problem solving, and Unix.
The second portion consists of 5 video recorded questions that are strength based. They are looking for you to not only give an answer but provide a personalized example of an experience related to the question.
3. Assessment day- either virtually (which I had) or in person. They give you a presentation and then you complete another technical assessment and behavioral assessment. However if you do well enough on the online assessment you only have to do the behavioral.
