Beyond terrible. It was a three round interview. One of the interview was 2 hours long! Apparently they were hiring for a position that didn’t exist before… I should’ve known to not waste my time. They put a fancy engineering label and require a bachelor In electrical engineering for a job that’s a dead end for a true engineer. It’s more of an IT position.

More personality based than technical. There were 2 interviewers of which one was from HR and the other worked there. The interview was very open where you would share more about yourself than the company would share about them.
