Deloitte Manager interview questions

Pretty quick. It's about who interviews you and connection. How will this person fit into Deloitte, can this person produce quality products, manage team, build junior members, do proposals, recruit others, and ultimately sell work.

All interviews took place over phone. 1st screening interview with a manager. 3 weeks later, 2nd round was 3 case interviews back to back. Each round started late, with a mere 20-30mins delay... Barely apologized People were ok, on the friendly side. They committed to call back and give me a feedback. I've never heard again from them. The HR contact kept repeating "someone will reach out to you"... never happened. In the end, they just didn't care.
