Databricks Developer interview questions

Recruiter call, manager call, phone screen (design), 4 rounds of interviews. In the end recruiter reaches out and shares they are not proceeding to an offer due to skillset mismatch. I pushed to see if any of the sessions has had negative feedback or a hiring freeze is in progress but the answer was feedback was positive and hiring is not frozen but there is a skillset mismatch.
