Interview
I conducted an iterview on the campus of the University of Kentucky. This first Interview was in person, but a general interview that asked personality questions. I was then emailed and setup a time for a phone interview. After the phone interview, which took about 45 min, I was told that the engineer I was talking to would contact HR and they would be sending me an offer in the mail. I would then have a short period of time to decide.

Interview
The Interview process took about 3 months from first phone interview to the offer letter. I initially applied to the position thru my college job placement center. I was asked to do a phone interview then I got invited for a sit down interview where they asked more technical questions about the position I was applying for. I was under the assumption that I did well during the process but I did not hear back from them for 2 months, I received an offer letter email and accepted the position.
