Multi Level. Expect to meet with all HR managers of the company. Most interviews are behavioral assessments regarding an example and how you responded to that situation. The company is truly founded on ethical behavior and you will be asked to describe a situation where ethics was an issue.

It was a pretty smooth interview with several layers of Human Resources management and several layers of upper level management. They asked me behavioral based questions as well as some skill based questions. I felt they were fair in their questions and asked many follow up questions to ensure a good fit.
