Interview
It was a long but enjoyable process. The technical test was fun and challenging. The interviewers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The interview helps both sides to have a good understanding of the business and how I can fit into the role. Overall, a very enjoyable and fruitful process.

Interview
The overall process is very clear. Before each interview, I received a detailed email about the interview and most of the time I received the feedback just the day after the interview.
The steps are:
- Video screening with the HR manager. This is a non-technical interview to get the first impression of both sides. The key question is "why do you want to work for Criteo".
- Offline technical test on general web technologies (cookies, http, etc.), Javascript, Sql, Html, Css.
- In-office interview with the hiring manager. I think this is the key interview to get the job. l've been interview for 1'30" and been asked many behavioural and technical questions.
- Interview with the geographical team manager. This interview is less technical and more behavioural, I have a Software Engineering background and during this interview my interviewer tried to understand why I decided to switch from software engineering to solutions engineering and whether I'm sure and confident on my decision.
- Interview with the geographical division director and the local office director. Also this interview is rather behavioural.
After everything went well, I received the official offer. They were flexible with the starting date. To get the job, it's very important to know Criteo's products and to have a general idea on how advertising works on the internet. Web site of Criteo has a los of documentation on their products and technologies, so it's really very important to study these before the interviews.

Interview
The overall experience was good and everything has been handled very well by HR during the whole process.
The first step was an introduction call with HR for them to get your profile and current situation, also to poll your salary expectations.
The second stage was an online test with three parts: some html and Criteo tracker understanding, some JavaScript theorical quizz questions and an SQL query.
Third stage was the technical interview where you get chanllenged on your knowledge on Criteo business model and some technical aspects of the products.
The final interview was more focused on motivation and behavioural skills.
All the interviewers were very friendly and prepared. No need to fear nobody!
