Received a Call from HR, scheduling for a Telephonic interview - after a successful interview, Was interviewed by regional finance controller and seems that she was satisfied and the third round with Finance director.( did some skill test and questioned about background - seems like they must have performed a background check)

Interview
The interview consisted of 4 parts, with two interviews and two exams or tests. The process took about 6 weeks, but the interview process was good overall! I enjoyed it and found that the process is very well thought out; however, the communication between stages may be lacking for some.
