Die Personalabteilung rief mich an und stellte mir mehrere Fragen, z. B. zu meinen Gehaltsvorstellungen, meinen Erfahrungen usw. Das Interessante war, dass mich eine Woche später eine Kollegin, die zuvor bei Conde Nast Deutschland gearbeitet hatte, fragte, wie mein Vorstellungsgespräch gelaufen sei. Offenbar hatte sie einige Kontakte bei Conde Nast, über die sie Informationen zu meiner Bewerbung erhielt, und schließlich suchte die Personalabteilung an den falschen Stellen nach Referenzen.

Interview
I was called by the HR for the generic question of why do you want to join etc and said we will follow up next week. I called next week and the reason they gave for not processing forward with the application was that my german is not good enough to have a conversation with your collagues who dont speak Englosh. Quite absurd, since your job posting says that "As this is an international role, you should bring good communication skills in English, both written and spoken".

Interview
I had three interviews with several other data scientists and developers and discussed projects I worked on at my current job. We discussed projects that they currently work on and which ones I would be interested in.
