1. Telephonic interview
2. Assessment in which you have to write atleast 200 words essays(no. of questions would 4 or 5)but it is pretty easy and topic are not really tough. And listening test.

The Interview was in 4 rounds :
1. Assessment test.
- The process is simple. You will have 4 sections in the assessment, each focusing on different fields to test the candidate.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager.
- Confirm your details, answer his questions confidently.
3. Interview with Operation Manager.
- Be yourself, Express yourself, Interact with respect and politeness.
4. Typing assessment test.
- Try to have a fast typing pace, cover up everything asap and submit.
Easy Interview and asked some hr and situation based questions that is related to the process. Overall interview interaction is better and hr explain me everything about the salary, location and structural things of concentrix.

Self intro , about education , future plan and other things.
There was no interview, I directly received a task I had to complete then they sent me an AI english skill test. After the process I had to wait for the recruiter 1 week to answer me. He didn't answer and when I wrote to see what happened, they told me the position was already filled in.
