Concentrix Call Center Agent interview questions

Once of the most impersonal and automated recruiting processes ever. After I received an online questionnaire I spoke to a recruiter that seemed really stressed out and in a rush. They said they would get back to me in a timely manner, but despite waiting for tow weeks and after I send them a kind reminder of my interest in the position, they never got back to me. It's been over a month and I have not heard back from them.

The interview atmosphere was friendly, questions implied to test my ability for a professional communication. At the end of the interview the test for a proficiency in English was given.
