The interview was really straightforward and lay back. The hire manager gave me a tour of the store and introduced all the future coworkers! The same day I received the offer and accepted right away.
Very good question focusing on customer service skills set. Be prepared to answer fluently with scenario questions. Pre-retail experience is a plus. Personal skills is also mention in the interview.
