Phone screen with technical recruiter, 75 minute online coding screen, power day : set of interviews.
Online screen was pretty easy on code signal. Normal leet code style questions.
Interviews ranged in technicality with pretty even split with behavioral questions. Overall average interview.

sum close to zero. design question related to iot devices.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Recruiter screen, CodeSignal leet code(if you get 50% or higher you pass), then power day interview that take half a day. First 2 are technical, 3rd is case study, 4th is STAR behavioral. One of the leads was kind of rude and hard to please which is probably why I didn't get an offer. He gave you a face every time you answered without really trying to understand what I was talking about. I have 10 years experience in this field and even authored several books on it. They seem to be more interested in how well you interview than hiring someone that actually do software development. Seem to be another one of those big-N companies that drink a lot of delusional FAANG kool-aid. I will say that HR does treat their candidates with upmost respect though, following up with a courtesy call when most send you an automated email, connecting with you on linkedin, and preparing you with ambassadors. I give HR an A+ but an F to the tech leads.
