Capital One Project Manager interview questions

I interviewed with 3 people from management team. They were all friendly and really wanted to see if I would be a good match for them for the work I would do and if I would be a good match for the team as well.

Straightforward phone screening, did not go through second round. The recruiter was welcoming and explained the process thoroughly if I were to continue to the second round. They also explained what they were looking for in a candidate and the impact of the role.
