Standard personality assesment as well as a reading comprehension/reasoning test and a numerical reasoning test. The numerical reasoning test was the most challenging. Took the math test along with everyone else, which was a snap. On-campus interview was straightforward, involving a case study as discussed by others, but I got tripped up on silly things, and pretty much blew it from the start. As the interview started with that part, the rest was a little awkward as I asked pro forma questions about the company while we both knew the outcome of the interview. I saw him check the "go no further with this candidate" box on my way out. Oops.
