Capgemini Program Manager interview questions

Multi-stage interview process - very well coordinated on all stages. Capgemini leadership was very will organized & very stream lined interview process. HR team explained bands & levels at Capgemeini while discussing offer.

It was smooth but but bit long process as the discussions were spread across multiple weeks. The confirmation from Cap Gemini took a while but Resourcing team was in contact with me continuously. The actual interviews were nice as the entire discussion was positive and concentrated more on attitude and skills rather than just experience. Overall a good experience.
