Interview
There were 3 rounds for this recruitment process. First round was a written test which consisted of 8 sections. These sections had questions related to aptitude and basic coding and data structures. The candidate is then called for a technical interview provided the test cut off marks has been obtained. The technical interview was about 30 - 40 mins. The questions are mainly based on the resume provided. A candidate can choose C/C++ or Java programming for the technical interview. whichever language you choose, based on that questions will be asked. If candidate is able to clear second round, then he/she will be called for the final round (HR round). In this final round your communication skills are tested.

They asked if it was possible for me join in Gurgaon location within 15 days.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.

Interview
The interview was straightforward and easy to navigate. It focused mainly on basic programming concepts and aptitude questions. The interviewer carefully evaluated both syntax accuracy and logical thinking. Overall, it was a fundamental-level assessment designed to test core programming knowledge and problem-solving skills.
