ByteDance interview questions

Terrible HR. Relatively alright interviewers. They rushed me through interviews, told me I passed all the interviews then ghosted me and ignored my follows up for weeks. Eventually they just sent a rejection text message (not even email) out of the blue. Completed wasted my time and got my hopes up for nothing. Their HR practices are as bad as you read about online. I shudder to think about the terrible cases that go unreported, for example getting an offer and being ghosted subsequently. Beware.

Applied through online and month later HR communicated through phone and email. Did a video interview. Need to prepare and understand what the job is and the company. Interviewed by two persons. Waited about a week to know the decision
