Booking.com Customer Service Representative interview questions

The first interview was a video call with a recruiter. They asked the usual questions; Why did I apply, Why do I think that would be a good fit for the role, Why am I leaving my previous position. The interview was going great until they started asking questions specific to my previous experience in account managment, even though it was clear from my resume that I didn't have any and the job posting didn't mention that account managment experience was required.

I've had a first interview with 2 HR based in Barcelona and Amsterdam, then a second interview with 2 managers, and finally a third interview with a business case presentation with 2 other managers.
