The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Renton, WA) in Aug 2011
Interview
I attended a career fair and there I met with a number of Boeing recruiters and hiring managers. They recommended me for a Panel Interview on the spot and it was scheduled the very next day. The interview was a panel setup of 4 and took it approximately an hour in time. The questions asked focused on your previous accomplishments and the steps taken to achieve them. They also asked behavioral questions as to how you would approach work related situacions that were specific to the position. They were all very welcoming and nice but it was fairly intimidating experience.

Interview
Like others I have applied for every position I felt that both my experience and education would make for a good fit. Over the last year I have had 3 phone interviews and 4 face to face structured interviews. To date only one position responded to me formally with a rejection letter. The others, I had to keep looking at the job postings to see if it ever was filled, which they were. For the in-person interviews, all were Structured interviews, which initially, I was not ready for. I seem to have always gotten stuck on the Q: "...disagreement with your boss...". Since that has never occurred to my recollection, I felt that I had to make up a situation. Bottom line I never made it past those interviews..YET!. So now I'm studing all the questions I can find and rehursing each answer in front of others.
In each interview the people were very friendly, polite and generally gave me the feeling that they wanted me to succeed. But there was no side bar chit chat, just to the point Q&A.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Ridley Park, PA) in Aug 2011
Interview
Initially I applied on 6/27. I had been called and was told to expect an interview in mid July. It was canceled with a note that it would be rescheduled. After following up, I was sent a new appt for a phone conference interview on 8/9. Interview was a panel group with hiring manager and two others. Consisted of STAR behavioral questions. Group was very nice. Was told I was the first to interview, and that whoever they choose that have the most points, would be called back for the second interview, and most likely be the one for the position. Called back 8/17 and told to come in next day for the second interview. Met with hiring manager and one other, and was very informal interview and walk around the manufacturing floor. Two weeks later, phone call from Boeing telling me offer was up on the BESS site. Drug test sent out via FedEx and came the next morning.
