Boeing interview questions

Panel interview with the hiring manager and team members. They asked five behavioral questions using the STAR method — topics included teamwork, handling conflict, managing priorities, showing initiative, and adapting to change. Straightforward and conversational.

It was fast and easy and the the whole team is there to interview. Shows that they really care in whom they hire for that specific role. Whereas an interview will include 2 people max, this interview consisted of 8 people in a room with you.
