I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2022
Interview
First round was a recruiter phone screen call to discuss your interest and background. Second round was a video call with different members of the team. This part was mostly behavioral questions using the STAR method, but they also want you to discuss your experience with different technologies and gauge if you can do the job.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Huntsville, AL) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was smooth. I applied online, and received an email from HR 2 weeks later asking to answer more questions before an interview was granted. I then had the interview through WebEx (video off) with a panel of 5 employees. It was 1 hour long and consisted 90% of questions about my experience and projects I've worked on. 10% had a few behavioral questions. No direct programming questions or tests. I received the job offer 10 days later. Over all the process took exactly 1 month between submitting the application and receiving the job offer.
