Interview
This was a horrible, time wasting process that never should have happened. It took over 4 different days with both Zoom and in person interviews. In the end, the HR nixed my offer because I was "overqualified" and threatened her. This is the weakest HR leadership I have seen in a long time.
the employee does a test, after this he will a psicology test, an interview with HR, and a final interview with the manager, another interview with the manager's manager and the process is closed
