Interview Experience – Automation Testing (BA4- Position)
The interview process started with an online screening round conducted on HackerRank. This round included multiple-choice questions related to software testing concepts along with hands-on Selenium automation tasks.
After clearing the screening round, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. The recruiter was friendly and made the discussion comfortable. In the first technical round, I was asked to solve two coding problems and answer questions related to my current and past projects, along with a few situational and behavioral questions.
Candidates who cleared the first technical round were asked to attend a second technical round on the same day. This round focused more on in-depth technical discussions, automation framework design, and real-world problem-solving scenarios. After successfully completing the technical rounds, the process moved forward to a managerial discussion, followed by the final HR round.
Overall, the interview process was well-structured, detailed, and technically strong. It focused heavily on real-world automation testing scenarios, framework design, coding skills, and problem-solving abilities.
