Interview
I previously worked at this employer as my first job in the insurance industry. They were hiring for a client service position which was an internal support role. There was to be no face to face client interaction. I interviewed with 2 different people in one day and then sat with a person currently in the role to understand what his job duties were.

Interview
Called to interview, had one short informal interview. Asked simple questions and asked if could start really soon. Friendly staff, but there was a culture of inner cliques which made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. The interview was 1:1 with a manager and I was showed around the office afterwards. I was asked very easy questions, probably because the role wasn't a very difficult one and at entry-level.
