Amazon Warehouse Associate I interview questions

Honestly, the hiring process was fast but completely unorganized. I applied, got “hired” almost immediately, and then everything after that was confusion. My start date got changed without notice, communication was terrible, and every time I tried to get a clear answer, I was either told something different or ignored. Orientation and training were a mess — no structure, no consistency. Different people telling you different things, and nobody really making sure you understand what’s going on. It felt like they just wanted bodies in the building, not actual prepared employees.

Interview was short making the hiring process simple and smooth all questions asked were easy and most likely hired as long as they are busy which is around peak or prime week.
