It was good and easy going. Everyone is there to make it easier for you. Concentrate on their leadership principles. Be able to show detailed examples from you past experiences. They will definitely dig down to atleast 3rd level detail.

Four 45-minute interviews, back to back. 30 minutes spent asking me questions, and 15 minutes for me to ask questions. 15 minute break in between. Virtual, on Amazon's Chime platform, with cameras on. The questions were very fair. I recommend reviewing the 14 leadership principles and incorporating them into your answers. For each question, there were many follow-up questions.
