Applied online. Got an email the same week telling me I had been selected to do an introductory video interview, was just me and the computer. I was fairly unsure of how I had done after that interview, but received another invitation early the next week for a secondary video interview with an HR rep. She began by asking me to walk through my resume, which was unexpected based off of the interview prep I had done through other reviews here on glassdoor. Even so, I thought it went extremely well and was very confident about moving to the next steps. Received an email the next morning telling me I hadn't moved on. Not sure if I have any recommendations other than to be as prepared as possible for the questions listed in other reviews.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
