I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Airbus in Jan 2022
Interview
Series of online tests, some of which are ridiculous and don't seem to assess the skills required for this role at Airbus. Was then invited to a virtual assessment centre consisting of group exercises and a technical interview. Finished the assessment centre and was followed up by a generic rejection email that didn't provide any feedback at all.

Interview
Applied online, pschometric tests, asked in for interview. At assessment centre, there was a group activity where we had to solve a logistical problem (hypothetically transporting aircraft parts), then we spoke to some graduates while the first half of the group had their 1:2 interviews, then it was our turn. The majority of interview was describing the function of an aircraft part and the constituent components from a diagram they gave me.
