Accenture Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Interview process was simple. First round was an HR round. After that we had two more rounds as well out of which the third one was an email writing test. I was informed that I would get a call within 48 hours if I clear the HR round

Went to the interview venue by 9am and anfta visiting the venue they made us wait for 3 hours jus to take resume and later on they made us wait for more e to 4 hours n they took fst round of our interview which was face to face round with Hr and then they made wait for more 4 hours n took 2nd round which was voice and versant and in that dey dint had proper equipment for headset n v had to borrow from others n some had use their own head phns and later they reject evey sayin voice was not audable and xmputr dis not record yua voice n yu dint score required score. And later on they cal us agan next day fo d intrvw to take same voice an d versan n made us wait for about 4 hours and sent us away giving awl jazz reason widot evn takng the intrvw round..
