I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Pimpri-Chinchwad) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very Disappointing Experience !
Step 1- Received call from recruiting agency and primary details collected.
Step 2- Company HR sent a mettl online MCQ test link.
Step 3- After clearing online test, HR called to schedule technical round.
Step 4- The person taking interview started by asking me whether I was resident from of particular region (north India) and what is my mother tongue. Then he started asking lot of questions which were not relevant to the technology which i was interviewing for and I understood that he had made up his mind not to select me.
Finally after 35 mins, he started laughing at me and my resume. This is very inappropriate behavior by a senior person during an interview.
Interview ended and I received rejection mail from HR on same day. I'm happy that I was rejected as I dont want to work with such horrible and arrogant people. Not going to apply for this company ever again !

Interview
First is the application stage, where you submit your CV or application form and the employer reviews your qualifications.
Next is often an initial screening, which may be a short phone or video call. This is usually to confirm basic details, your experience, and your interest in the role.
If you pass that, you move to a formal interview, which could be in person or online. This is where they ask more detailed questions about your skills, experience, and how you handle situations.
1. Initial Interview with HR.
2. Technical Interview - start with telling about myself, walkthrough experience and projects. Asks about Javascript Libraries and development tools. Challenges encountered
3. Job Offer

Interview
The interview was intense and practical, focusing exclusively on hands-on Experience Cloud implementation rather than theoretical knowledge. The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
