Standard online competency questions, followed by online tests. Video interview was awkward speaking to yourself, there were 5/6 questions, mostly competency, however the first and last caught me off guard. 'What are current issues AXA facing in the UK Actuarial market?', or something along those lines. Also, 'how would you estimate the number of tourists that visit London every year?'.

Application using the online form and then interview. However, I do not recomment applying there are they don't value the skills and only focus on the age of the candidate.
