Interview
It was great! very personable and interested in who I was as a person. It lasted over an hour but with very informative about the job and if I would be a good fit for the company.

What are your future goals? What makes you drive to do what you do? Be ready to give very specific personal goals for yourself and how this job can help you achieve your driven passion.
Kind people with good questions to prepare you for the job. Very professional setting but still made you feel at ease. Explained the role and their company very well too.
I did a three part interview, first met with the VP twice and after that met the EVP at the final interview. If i could describe it with one word, I would say they made it flexible.

Interview
Extremely direct and timely, made me feel like a valued member of the team, even at the interview process. I very much felt at home at a potential company that I was simply applying to. This feeling was prior to any serious consideration.
