Interview process was pretty straight forward. Once you have contact with them, it is basically just them trying to convince you to join their company. No initial salary (besides a stipend for roughly 1200$, plus you have to pay for all of your licenses out of pocket). They do offer commission, but if anyone you enrolled cancelled within a year, AXA will send you a bill for those commissions (didn't even realize that until I was at another job already). Only accept this job if you have no other way to get your financial licenses.
