After getting the interview, the recruit just asks a few behavioural questions, shifting the focus from your resume to how you actually operate. Using the STAR method, the interviewer seeks specific stories to predict your problem-solving, cultural fit, and emotional intelligence.
Initial technical assessment where we received a dataset and had to extract information from it, mostly data science libraries used. Language was python, on Hacker rank. Behavioral interview was on the phone about thirty minutes.
