There was a live coding session followed by a debugging session
Got directly reached out to by a team and had 1 interview -> offer. Mix of technical and behavioral questions, was all over the place. Did not have to do any leetcode. Just standard STAR questions and broad technical knowledge checks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2025

I went through 4 rounds of interviews (online OA, 30 minute recruiter screening, 1hr technical interview, and 1hr behavioral interview. I didn't hear back after the final interview for about two months before learning that I got rejected.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, why TDP, why this role depending on your role) for the first round. Second round was five separate case studies and how you would make decisions based on info. Third round was almost exactly like the LinkedIn 30 behavioral Qs
